3rd New Beijing International Movie Week

This week marks the middle of the 3rd New Beijing International Movie Week, which brings independent films from around the globe to audiences in Beijing. With screening nights running from this past Feb. 27 to March 7, organizers bill the event as "a showcase for culturally aware, socially acceptable movies that Chinese audiences would not otherwise have the opportunity to see."
